Is an old, traditional Appenzeller (Canton Appenzell, Switzerland) marmalade/preserves specialty. Electuary is a synonym for jam and in parts of Switzerland deeply rooted and still being used as a substitute. It is being produced after passed on recipes and contains an unusually high amount of fruit juice. The concentrated fruit juice is not being cooked, so that the vitamins are being completely preserved. Thanks to its naturalness it is very wholesome and easy digestible.
Its consistency is thick and plentiful. EISENHUT-Electuary consists of pure fruit juice, glucose, cane sugar, grape sugar and beet-sugar. No preservatives, no artificial colours and no aromatic artificial flavours are added.
