Winzer Classic is a specialty cheese and hand produced in the traditional
way in five small cheese dairies in Switzerland.
A semi hard cheese, refined with a secret blend of ingredients
including red wine from the Valais region and alpine herbs. It is
not until the maturing phase that this cheese acquires its distinctive
taste.
Hearty and rich, rather pronounced with advanced aging.
Ingredients: Fresh partly skimmed cows milk, cheese cultures, salt
and enzymes
Aged: 4 – 6 months
